Industrial manufacturing & trading group
A filter manufacturer and its sister trading company needed Odoo to handle the way they quote, cross-reference parts and approve deals — none of which standard Odoo does out of the box.

The challenge
Sales teams quoted against thousands of products that customers knew by their own part numbers or by competitors' references. Quotations needed manager approval before stock could be promised, and product and history data lived in spreadsheets.
What we built
- Advanced CRM with lead qualification, scoring and a structured pipeline
- Product cross-references and customer-specific part numbers, searchable from the quotation
- Quotation approval by managers, with automatic stock reservation once approved
- Bulk Excel import for products, vendors, customers and historical invoices
- Warehouse location management on products
- Branded quotation and invoice reports
- Egyptian chart of accounts and tax module with ETA e-invoice integration
- A CRM training guide for the sales team
