Odoo implementation
Odoo configured around how your company already works, then rolled out team by team.
Most failed ERP projects did not fail on software. They failed because the system was set up from a module checklist instead of from the way orders, stock and money actually move through the company.
We start with your document flow — quotation to delivery to invoice to collection — and configure Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing and the rest around it. Each team is trained on its own screens, in Arabic or English.
What you get
- Process map of how work happens today, and where it leaks
- Blueprint document: modules, configuration, customisations, integrations, timeline and cost
- Configured Odoo on a staging database you review before go-live
- Egyptian chart of accounts, taxes and ETA e-invoicing set up where it applies
- User roles and access rights per team
- Role-by-role training and short Arabic/English guides
- Go-live support through your first closing cycle
Typical timeline
A focused rollout of four or five core modules usually takes 6–12 weeks. Full ERP with manufacturing, payroll and custom work usually takes 3–6 months. The biggest variables are data quality and how much time your team can give us — we will tell you which applies after discovery.
What we need from you
- One decision-maker who can sign off each phase
- A key user per department for workshops and testing
- Your current documents: invoices, POs, stock sheets, price lists
- ETA portal access and a signing token, if you issue e-invoices
Questions
Community or Enterprise?
It depends on the modules you need. Full accounting, payroll, Studio, quality and the mobile app are Enterprise-only; many distributors and smaller manufacturers run well on Community with a few custom modules. We recommend an edition in the blueprint, with the licence cost spelled out.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Start with the modules that remove the sharpest pain, prove them, then add the rest in phases.
